Tragedy???...you decide:)

The tragedy i was talking about earlier was being diagnosed with cancer (Wilms Tumor-a cancer that develops in the kidneys) when i was 5 years old. So some people call it a tragedy but i see it as a blessing. I would not be half the person i am today if i had not experienced what i had. Every aspect of the experience taught me lessons and made me stronger as a person [even though, yes, i was the weakest thing known to man at some points of this;)]. I made lots of friends, saw things a lot of people can't say they've seen, met special people, went neat places, lost friends too, but most of all felt the spirit often through blessings and saw the gospel work its miracles one hundred fold. To this day i remember very specific experiences of times i was given blessings and the impact they had on me has kept me going through rough times to come after. I enjoy being able to say I AM A CANCER SURVIVOR and live off of 1/3 of a kidney! It is fun being unique and having something very rare about you! Being a survivor is something every cancer survivor should take great pride in and thank Heavenly Father for every day!
